We’re all well past the point of acting like we’re not disturbingly invested in the real lives of the cast of Friends, so let’s not pretend like you didn't just FREAK OUT after reading that headline.
Several international publications are reporting that Matthew Perry and Courteney Cox could be dating in real life, while also adding a footnote that it’s probably made up, lest the subsequent denial from the actors crush all theFriends fanatics.
Courteney recently ended her engagement with Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid, and Matthew has been single since he broke up with Lizzy Caplan in 2012. According to sources, “It’s no surprise that Matthew was one of the first people Courteney called when she ended the engagement… They’ve leaned on each other before, during her infertility struggle and his battle with addiction… Matthew invited her over to talk one night, and they ended up hooking up!” But, of course, they’re not “putting a label on it yet”.
Do we know if this is true?

Could it be totally fabricated?
Probably.
Probably.
But do we want it to be true?
